We are looking for talented and customer focused individuals to join our team at YHA Wellington Central. Working 40 hours per week this position will include weekend work. We require a hard-working individual with great attention to detail and someone who takes pride in their work.
This role will suit you if you have a strong customer focus and have a qualification in Travel and Tourism. We are looking for someone motivated, computer savvy and with a desire to work in a busy, team environment. Although Hostel experience is not essential, some experience in any of the following is desirable; customer service, reception, tourism and accommodation. The ability to speak other languages is an advantage.
Day to day activities are customer service, attending reception and answering guest enquiries, some cleaning duties, booking domestic travel and activities, and ensuring YHA is a great kiwi experience for guests.
