We are now looking for a customer service superstar to join our front desk team at YHA Rotorua.
- Have you worked in hospitality/tourism industry before?
- Are you passionate about travel and meeting people from all over the world?
- Have you traveled much around New Zealand/Rotorua?
- How good are you sales skills?
- Are you passionate about the environment and want to help us keep New Zealand beautiful?
Rotorua is the heartland of Maori culture, incredible geothermal activity and endless walking/running trails around Redwoods forest and all the lakes that Bay of Plenty is proud of.
Every day you will be greeting our guests for check-ins, processing new bookings, helping with enquiries, suggesting things to do in Rotorua, selling activities, promoting other YHA hostels around New Zealand, and making sure that guests are looked after while they are staying with us.
We are looking for someone with attention to details, positive outlook on life and passion for delivering exceptional customer service. If you are also a fast-learner, can keep your cool in busy environment and enjoy being a team-player, we want to hear from you.

This role is permanent working a minimum 22.50 hours per week (work on weekends and public holidays will be required).
